How John Deere encouraged the next generation of farmers to shoot for the stars.

In our initial spot highlighting women in agriculture, we set out to dispel some of the stereotypes of what it means to be a farmer. With this follow-up spot, our approach focused on challenging the conventional definition of farming altogether, and in the process, encourage the next generation of women in agriculture to dream big.
The spot was created largely in a virtual environment using Unreal Engine technology, allowing us to showcase the wide range of opportunities that farming makes possible. From manufacturing to engineering and aerospace, the idea was to position John Deere as the catalyst to a future in farming.
In the end, we helped to show that for tomorrow’s women in agriculture, all it takes is ambition and imagination. From there, the sky truly is the limit.
