We've embraced a hybrid work schedule at Signal Theory that empowers you to collaborate seamlessly whether you’re in the office or at home – all within the same week with a 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home schedule. Our Jumpstart Fridays program also lets you get a head start on the weekend by allowing for a 4½ day work week.
Connected Manager Program
You want to keep learning and growing, right? We want that for you too, and that is why we have developed the Connected Manager Program, a commitment to provide regular one-on-ones with your manager (every week, to be exact), as well as more formal training for managers to help them help you grow.
Parental Leave
We believe in the importance of family. That’s why we provide up to eight weeks of 100% paid parental leave for newborn or newly adopted children for both moms and dads.
Sabbaticals
We help employees who stay with us re-energize with a paid four-week sabbatical. We’ll even contribute up to $750 in travel costs if you choose to experience cultures outside the United States.
